We're here, and we actually read our emails

Somewhat reassuring, coming from an email marketing community. Every message that lands in our inbox gets a real pair of eyes on it, no autoresponder limbo, no ticket number that disappears into the void. We believe in what we teach, which means we practice inbox hygiene and response discipline with the same rigor we'd expect from any well-run newsletter operation.

Whether you're a seasoned sender with a deliverability crisis or someone who just discovered that open rates aren't the whole story, this is the right place to reach out.

When should you contact us?

You want to join the community

Email Growth Society is built for people who take email seriously: strategists, founders, copywriters, growth marketers, and the occasional brand director who finally admitted that social reach isn't what it used to be. If you're wondering whether this is the right room for you, just ask. We'd rather have that conversation upfront than have you join and feel like you walked into the wrong party.

Membership questions, pricing structures, cohort schedules, all of that is fair game.

You're looking for a partnership or collaboration

We work with tools, platforms, and people who genuinely move the email industry forward. If you're building something interesting in the ESP space, in deliverability, in segmentation technology, or anywhere adjacent to the inbox, let's talk. We're selective, which is the polite way of saying we've turned down a few sponsored posts that would have made our community raise an eyebrow.

Authentic partnerships only. You'll know the difference.

You have a technical or content question

Sometimes a specific article sparks a follow-up. Sometimes a tactic we covered in a newsletter needs more context for your particular stack or audience size. We encourage those conversations. The best communities are ones where questions don't feel embarrassing to ask.

That said, highly specific deliverability troubleshooting may be redirected to the community forums, where you'll find people who've likely broken the same thing and fixed it.

You have feedback (even the uncomfortable kind)

We've structured this entire community around continuous improvement, which means feedback isn't a polite formality, it's operational data. If something we published was wrong, if a perspective felt incomplete, or if the community is missing a conversation it should be having, say so. The inbox is open.

Constructive criticism lands better with some context, but we'll take whatever you've got.

How to reach us

The contact form

The most direct route. Fill in your name, a working email address (the irony of someone from an email marketing community leaving a fake address is not lost on us), and a message that gives us enough to work with. Vague requests get vague responses, not out of passive aggression, but simple logic.

Expect a reply within two business days. Usually faster.

For press and media inquiries

Journalists, podcast hosts, newsletter editors, documentary crews reconsidering their career choices, if you're covering email marketing trends, subscriber behavior, or the broader world of owned channels, we're available for comment and conversation. Please mention your publication or platform in the subject line so the right person picks it up without delay.

For speaking and event invitations

Members of the Email Growth Society team speak at conferences, host workshops, and occasionally run intensive sessions for in-house marketing teams. If you're organizing something where email strategy deserves proper airtime, rather than a fifteen-minute panel slot wedged between two SaaS pitches, we'd be glad to hear about it.

Include dates, format, and expected audience profile. It helps everyone move faster.

A few things worth knowing before you write

We don't offer free one-on-one consultations disguised as "quick calls." The community exists precisely so that expertise is shared and those conversations happen where everyone can benefit from them.

We're also not the right contact for guest posts that arrive with pre-written content, pre-selected anchor texts, and the kind of brief that signals exactly what this is. Editorial decisions go through the editorial team, and that process has actual standards attached to it.

What we do love: genuine curiosity, real problems, and the kind of professional candor that assumes we're all adults who can handle a direct conversation.

Response times and expectations

The team operates across multiple time zones, which is either a feature or a bug depending on how urgently you need a response. General inquiries are handled within 48 hours on business days. Partnership discussions may take a little longer, simply because they deserve a proper read rather than a rushed reply.

If you don't hear back within three business days, check your spam folder first, the occupational hazard of everyone in this industry, and then feel free to follow up. Once is more than enough.

The contact page is rarely the most exciting destination on a website. But it's one of the few places where something real can start: a conversation, a collaboration, a correction that makes the whole thing better. We're paying attention.
